Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free worldwide shipping for all print orders.

Original art pieces are sent a separate shipping invoice after purchase, you can request an estimate before purchase by sending the size of the piece and full address to hello@victoriarosepark.com. All original painting sales are final so we recommend getting an estimate beforehand if you're on a budget.

Local delivery (Original paintings and commissions only)

Local delivery is available for original works only within the Lower Mainland of BC. Delivery cost from Langley BC is $3.50 per kilometer with a minimum delivery fee of $50.

Deliveries are made from 10am-12pm on Saturdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup (Original paintings and commissions only)

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Langley BC. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

International Shipping 

We offer free worldwide shipping on all print orders and usually arrive within 5-15 business days. Shipping charges for original art pieces will be calculated and sent in a separate invoice AFTER purchase and shipping time varies by location.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Victoria Rose Park Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
