Every print is made to order just for you. Please allow for the stated number of business days at checkout for us to print, frame (if requested) and pack your piece. Once it ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. 

Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies from piece to piece, depending on the size, format and where it's going. Large framed and canvas works need custom protective packaging, so we work hard to keep shipping costs down, and wherever we can we cover part or all of the cost ourselves so you don't have to carry it alone. Originals, framed and rolled paper prints, and rolled canvas prints ship worldwide. Framed and stretched canvas prints ship within Canada and the US only.

No, there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. In the rare case you're charged duties or import taxes, email hello@victoriarosepark.com with a copy of the invoice and we'll help sort it out and refund those fees.

No. We only include a packing slip, so prints are ready to give as gifts. Not sure what to choose for someone? Our gift cards let them pick their own piece.

We pack every piece with care, but if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please let us know right away. Email hello@victoriarosepark.com with your order number and photos of the artwork and the box it came in, and we'll make it right.

Please check with neighbours and around your building first. If it still hasn't turned up, email hello@victoriarosepark.com with your name and order number and we'll track it down. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please get in touch. 

Paper prints are giclée printed on a heavyweight 200gsm smooth matte fine art paper in natural white, using archival pigment inks, with a white border around the image. Canvas prints are printed on a 395gsm acid-free, lignin-free cotton-poly canvas with a matte, non-reflective surface, using a 12-colour archival pigment ink set for rich, accurate colour. Canvas is available rolled or stretched and framed.

Yes. Choose "No Frame" when you select your size. Paper prints and rolled canvas prints arrive rolled in a protective tube, ready for your own framer. Stretched canvas prints arrive ready to hang.

Framed paper prints are finished with clear, UV-protective acrylic rather than glass. It's lighter, much less likely to break in transit, and helps protect the print from fading.

Open edition prints carry Victoria's signature as part of the printed image. From time to time we release special editions, signed and/or numbered. The best way to hear about them first is to join The Collectors List.

We colour-proof every artwork to match Victoria's original as closely as possible. Screens vary, so you may notice slight differences in colour between what you see online and the finished print.

Hang away from direct sunlight and moisture. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid cleaning products on canvas or acrylic.
