Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns (Rolled Prints Only)

We accept returns on open edition, rolled prints within 30 days of delivery.

Special editions, original artwork, framed paper prints, and stretched or framed canvas prints are not eligible.

To start a return, email hello@victoriarosepark.com before shipping anything back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

  • Your print must be in the same condition you received it.

  • Please re-package the print exactly as it arrived to minimize damage in transit.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the collector.

A refund will be issued once the print reaches our studio and passes inspection.


Damages or Wrong Item

Inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact hello@victoriarosepark.com right away so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Original artworks
  • Special edition prints
  • Framed canvas prints

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before shipping.


Exchanges

For a different item, please contact hello@victoriarosepark.com and arrange a return your item. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
