Product Details
All artworks are printed using UltraChrome archival-grade pigments. A natural, heavyweight textured cotton, free of optical brighteners is used for paper prints. Canvas prints are printed on exhibition grade matte canvas and coated with a water-based varnish, which protects against UV ray damage and cracking. The materials and process ensure long-term, archival stability for both paper and canvas prints.
Prints are available framed or, if you'd prefer to manage framing yourself, you can purchase an unframed (rolled) print, which will ship in a tube.
Rolled paper prints have a 3/4" white border. Rolled canvas prints include a 2.5" natural canvas border which allows for stretching on bars up to 1 1/2" deep.
Framed paper prints are protected with a UV-blocking acrylic and are available in all sizes except for 55x55". Framed canvas prints are stretched over 3/4" bars and installed in custom made floater frames. Available in sizes 24x36" and larger. All framed prints include hanging hardware and are made to order.
Unframed (rolled) prints and framed paper prints are available globally. Framed canvas prints are currently available within Canada and the US.
Unframed (rolled) print dimensions are exact to what is shown on the store. For example, a 20x20" paper print measures 20" by 20". This measurement includes the 3/4" white boarder. An unframed 40x40" canvas print includes a 2.5" border, for a total dimension of 45x45" (the image area is 40x40").
Framed canvas prints will add 1 1/4" to each dimension. For example, a 40x40" framed canvas will measure 41 1/4 x 41 1/4". Framed paper prints add 3/4" to each dimension. For example, a 20x20" framed paper print will measure 20 3/4" x 20 3/4" with the frame.

I purchased two prints from this Canadian artist, wanting to support a fellow Canadian. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing.
The first print arrived damaged — the paper had visible lines or creases, likely from shipping. I immediately contacted Victoria Park the same day I received it (March 13th), following the instructions on her website. I never received a response. I sent a follow-up message on March 19th, and another on March 30th.
Today is April 27th, and I still haven’t received a single reply or even an acknowledgment of my emails. I’ve even checked my spam folder daily, just in case.
For the price I paid for these prints, I expected much better customer service and quality control. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend based on this experience.

Oh my goodness, firstly - thank you so much for your honest review. We always want to ensure that Victoria's supporters are well taken care of and end up with pieces that they feel 100% amazing about! Clearly, that is not the case here and we look forward to getting this resolved for you.
We see that your hubby has stepped in and sent over an email we received yesterday! It is currently in our cue so you should receive a reply today. Truthfully, we are not seeing your emails :( We do have a spam detector set up that sometimes drops the ball and flags emails by accident! This may have been the case but rest assured we are gong to get to the bottom of this.
